- 1 / 5By Shelly AThey need to property train their staff after three times of slow service, then this final time which caused us to walk out when the server brought iced tea with no ice nearly 15 minutes after we ordered. They do not offer something as simple as fresh lemons for your tea. Food coming out is slow as well. The food is good however the fries are horrendous wish they would consider doing some fresh cut ones rather than ones that are served. We had high hopes as we needed something like this in Jamestown. When the prices that are on the high end I expect better service and quality.June 27, 2016
